I know they do custom embroidery. You'd probably have to contact them directly with your design and they can tell you if it's possible and what the extra cost would be.

Custom items are usually tough to return anywhere. I think for a custom cover, unless they messed up the measurements you gave them, it's probably non-returnable. Check their policy page.

Yeah, most custom stuff is final sale. Best to measure super carefully beforehand. I haven't tried to return one though so can't say for sure from experience.

They have a pretty good guide on their site, like a diagram showing exactly where to measure length, width, and height. Just make sure to measure the amp itself, not an old cover.

Yeah, what the other person said. I just used a regular tape measure and followed their instructions. Mine fit perfect on my Bassman. If you have a weird shaped one, maybe double check the corners too.
